Service Description

Enjoy a variety of Pilates exercises and small equipment to enhance these exercises. Learn how to activate the most efficient muscle patterns to build core strength, stability and flexibility. A great repertoire to prevent injury and rehabilitate from aches, pains, injury or surgery. Fascial movement practices are utilized to help your body feel long, strong and balanced. This is a 7 week session, one class per week.
